How successful is RSPCA?
The RSPCA has had a 100% success rate for its prosecutions after facing a “growing animal cruelty crisis”. The number of animals rescued or collected also more than doubled, which the charity says is more positive.

What is the mission of RSPCA?
The mission of RSPCA Education is to develop responsible and caring behaviour towards animals. Five freedoms for animals RSPCA Australia considers that the welfare of an animal includes its physical and mental state and that good animal welfare implies both fitness and a sense of well-being.
Why study animal welfare at RSPCA?

How often does the RSPCA receive calls about animal cruelty?
On average, every minute someone dials 0300 1234 999 – the RSPCA’s 24-hour cruelty telephone helpline. In 2016, they received over 1 million phone calls. They have approximately 340 RSPCA Inspectors, 50 Animal Welfare Officers (AWOs) and 88 Animal Collection Officers (ACOs) working to prevent cruelty and promote kindness to animals.
